This seminar focuses on the basic foundations of Traditional Tibetan Medicine (TTM) according to the Yungdrung Bön Tradition and Tibetan massage.
Amchi Nyima and Geshe Dennyi are teachers of Traditional Tibetan Medicine. Amchi Nyima, whose family originates from Mustang, comes from a long line of Amchi (doctor of TTM). His grandfather and father were the personal doctors of the last King of Mustang. Geshe Dennyi received his Geshe degree (Doctor of Philosophy) at Triten Norbutse Monastery in Kathmandu and is the director of the Triten Norbutse Medical Institute.
During the weekend seminar, Geshe Dennyi and Amchi Nyima will introduce the participants to the basic understanding of human’s physical nature, and causes, conditions, symptoms and diagnosis of physical problems. They will also give an insight into their methods of regaining balance through diet, exercise and practice.

10.00 AM – 12.00 PM: Teaching
3.00 PM – 5.00 PM: Teaching and meditation practice

The participation fee is 15 EUR per teaching session.

Recordings and translations:
The teachings will be recorded. We will provide the link to download the recordings as soon as they are available.
The course language is English with a translation into several languages. We plan to offer the following translation channels: French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Russian, Spanish.
