Ngöndro – Preliminary practices

Geshe Samten Tsukphu

02 – 07 April 2023

The Ngöndro teachings are the fundamental base for any meditation practice according to the Yungdrung Bön tradition. They serve as an introduction to the Dzogchen teachings and support the practitioners on their spiritual path. This seminar will follow the Atri Ngöndro text and focus on the explanations of self-awareness.

This seminar with Geshe Samten Tsukphu is open to everyone and especially beneficial for those who are new to the Yungdrung Bön teachings and wish to prepare to participate in Dzogchen retreats.

Geshe Samten Tsukphu is a resident lama at Shenten Dargye Ling and has been teaching in different European countries for several years.

Participation in this and the following seminar with Khenchen Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche (09-14 April) is recommended for those interested in a more extended, comprehensive retreat.

Everyone is welcome to join and participate in the teaching and practice session. There is no limit on the number of participants; however, please be aware that we only have 10 beds available for overnight stays. If you plan to sleep at Shenten, we recommend registering quickly.
