The end of the Gomdra

This year's Gomdra, a multi-year meditation programme, ends this weekend with several rituals. Over the last 70 days, the participants followed an intense daily routine of meditation and teaching sessions. The retreat started in September with a symbolic act of securing the boundaries around Shenten so that the participants stay on-site without distractions. All monks and Gomdra practitioners lifted these boundaries now.
