07:00 – 08:30: Sangchöd and Meditation
10:00 – 12:00: Teaching
12:00 – 12:30: Chutor Practice
15:00 – 17:00: Teaching
17:00 – 17:30: Surchöd Practice
20:00 – 21:15: Meditation and Chöd Practice
This schedule serves as a general reference. The morning (Sangchöd) and evening (Chöd) practice sessions may be adjusted or omitted when:

the event is held entirely online;

the retreat takes place off-site, i.e., outside of Shenten Dargye Ling;

it is not summer, in the case of Chutor.
Recordings and translations

Recordings
All sessions will be recorded. The link to access them will be included in the Zoom reminder email you receive before each session. -
Languages
Teaching is mostly in English; sometimes in Tibetan, then translated into English.-
French: translation always assured.

Online: Translations are generally available in Spanish, Italian, and Russian. In rare cases, a language may be missing.
