3-weeks summer retreat

Khenchen Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche

20 July - 8 August 2025

This year's summer retreat is focused on the text "Mume Dalpa" (complete title in Wylie: rdzogs pa chen po mu med bdal pa'i rgyud).

Khenchen Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche will elucidate the doctrine of Buddha Tonpa Shenrab as presented in this essential text, along with its commentary. This retreat offers a rare opportunity to receive teachings on one of the most profound works in the Yungdrung Bön tradition.

The text explores the ultimate goal of Tönpa Shenrab's teachings: achieving the pure and perfect state of mind known as Buddhahood and liberating all sentient beings from suffering. Participants will delve into the wisdom that has guided countless beings on the path to liberation for centuries.

This summer retreat continues the tradition, serving as a gathering for practitioners of Dzogchen meditation in the Yungdrung Bön tradition. It provides an invaluable opportunity for both long-time students and newcomers to deepen their understanding and practice under the guidance of a renowned master.

We invite all those interested in Dzogchen meditation to join us for this extraordinary event. Don't miss this chance to receive these profound teachings and practice in a supportive community environment.
