The Gomdra has started!

The Gomdra at Shenten Dargye Ling Dargye has started!

The in-depth meditation programme started today with a ritual to secure the area's boundaries for the coming seventy days. It is the third year of this four-year course for around thirty participants.

They stay within those boundaries and with minimum use of digital devices to avoid distractions and focus on meditation and Yungdrung Bön philosophy.
