Khenchen Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche continue teaching one of the most profound Dzogchen texts in Yungdrung Bön Tradition: "Six Lamps" (སྒྲོན་མ་དྲུག་ Wylie: sgron ma drug) from the cycle Zhang Zhung Nyen Gyud (Oral Transmissions of Zhang Zhung).

Practice of the Limitless Aspirational Prayer to the Buddhas (Dersheg Monlam Thaye) to celebrate the birthday of Tonpa Shenrab.

The celebration of the birthday of Tonpa Shenrab, founder of the precious Bon tradition, is one of the most important ceremonies around the Tibetan New Year. Blessings are multiplied manifold during such holy occasions.

On February 15th we will make all the preparations and share photos and videos on Facebook.
On February 16th we will perform the practice of the Full Moon Tsok of Lishu Tagring and the Lama Chöpa prayer (བླ་མ་མཆོད་པ།; Wylie: bla ma mchod pa) for We dedicate our practice to the happiness and well-being of our friends and families and the world at large.
February 28th until March 3rd -
Practice of Sherab Chamma to celebrate the Tibetan New Year.

The ritual to purify negativities collected throughout the year will be performed on the basis of the practice of the Great Wisdom Loving Mother, Sherab Chamma.

The three main dzogchen cycles as well as ‘The Mother tantra’ all include ‘yoga’ practices. In the ‘Natural Arising of the Three Enlightened Bodies’ Shardza Trashi Gyaltsen combined ‘yoga’ practices from the Zhang Zhung Nyen Gyu and Atri cycles into a practical format.

We are delighted that Khenchen Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche has accepted to continue with his transmission and explanation of dzogchen teachings based on the ‘The Golden Instruction of Drenpa Namkha’ (Drenpa Serdam).

‘The Golden Instruction of Drenpa Namkha’ is a complete practice manual for dzogchen practice in its own right. It includes instructions on the preliminaries, main practice, ‘inner fire’, and other practices.

In 2016 Ponlop Tsangpa Tendzin Rinpoche started to teach from the Gyalwa Chagtri, the practice manual for Dzogchen practice in the Zhang Zhung Nyen Gyu. This year Ponlop Rinpoche will continue and teach on the chapter on the result from the same text.

‘The Mother Tantra’ is one of the main practices of our beloved founder Yongdzin Rinpoche.

It is a key text in the Bon tradition and many of our core idea’s and practices are based on this tantra. It includes the six practices of ‘inner fire’, body offering, consciousness transference, dream yoga, sleep yoga, and intermediate state.

Lama Sangye started to teach ‘The Mother Tantra’ online in 2020. Lama Sangye’s intention is to teach all the aspects of the whole cycle over the course of this multiyear program.

Self healing of wind-energy (lung) disturbances
with Geshe Dennyi and Amchi Nyima.

When we meditate intensively we can develop wind-energy imbalance that can become an obstacle for the development of our practice. Wind-energy imbalance can also be caused by wrong diet, excessive worry etc.

During this weekend Geshe Dennyi and Amchi Nyima will explain the nature, causes and conditions, symptoms, and diagnosis of wind-energy problems as well as ways to heal ourselves through diet, medicine, exercise, and practice.

This will be the first time Geshe Dennyi visits Shenten. Since his graduation in 2005 Geshe Dennyi has been the manager of the Medical Institute at Triten Norbutse.

We are happy to announce that Khenchen Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche has accepted to teach The Six Essential Points of Bodhicitta during the summer retreat.

We will receive transmission and teaching from Khenchen Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche in the morning, and
