Khenpo Gelek Jinpa
14 – 19 May 2023
Chülen, literally translated, means “taking the essence”. “Essence” refers to the body constituents as the Chülen practice is based on how Traditional Tibetan Medicine sees the human body. During this retreat, the participants will reduce their food intake and learn to live on the essence of the elements. It is a combination of inner and outer practice based on the interdependence of our external and internal conditions.
