Tibetan magical movements

Geshe Lungrig Namdak

18 - 19 March 2023

The primary Dzogchen cycles and 'The Mother Tantra' all include physical exercises like 'yoga' practices – Trulkhor, “magical movements” or “delusion-reversing movements”.

Geshe Lungrig Namdak will base his teaching on the text 'Natural Arising of the Three Enlightened Bodies' by Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen, where 'yoga' practices transmitted within the Zhang Zhung Nyen Gyu and Atri cycles are combined into a practical format. In combination with meditation practice, these exercises will enhance the practitioners' experiences.

Geshe Lungrig Namdak is a resident lama at Shenten Dargye Ling and has been teaching in different countries for many years.

Everyone is welcome to join and participate in the teaching and practice session. There is no limit on the number of participants; however, please be aware that we only have 10 beds available for overnight stays. If you plan to sleep at Shenten, we recommend registering quickly.
