The new book of Yongdzin Tendzin Namdak Rinpoche is called The practice of the tigle of the elements, Inner fire practice in the Mother Tantra, is available at Shenten's bookstore. Those who want to practice with the book can purchase it at Shenten's bookstore or in Vajra Bookshop.

A few words from the translator Florens van Canstein : "In the Bön tradition, the main source for the practice of "inner fire", or practice with channels, winds, and tigles, is the Mother Tantra. Its unique feature is the simultaneous practice of breathing, visualisation and magical movements. However, until our days, a retreat manual that exclusively follows Mother Tantra did not exist. Now, at the request of his students, his eminence Yondzin Tendzin Namdhak Rinpoche, the lineage holder of Mother Tantra, has written such a manual. In the first part, though the explanation of the formation of the human body, we come to understand why the practice "inner fire" allows us to find wisdom, inner peace, and health. The second part explains exactly how to practice. This is the first translation of a text from the collected works of Yongdzin Tendzin Namdak Rinpoche, the unsurpassed master of bön of our age. My motivation in translating it is to give non-Tibetan students direct access to one of Rinpoche's writings and more in-depth understanding of the functioning of "inner fire" practice. The Tibetan text is included for those who know or study the language."
